Obedience! Obedience! Obedience!

This morning after prayer, the Lord gave me instructions for today! In my mind I was like, “I don’t feel like doing that!” You know we get so accustomed to doing things our way that we don’t want to make room for God and His plans! Tell the truth and shame the devil! Gotta put that flesh under subjection, for real! But instead of going forward with how I felt, I said “okay Lord!”

I ended up receiving a message from someone who had no idea of what God told me to do, and this person posed a question in regards to today’s assignment. All I could do was say “wowwwww!” #Confirmation!

Let’s just say obedience is better than sacrifice! Sometimes God instructs us to do something just to see if we are really going to do it! Just like He did with Abraham when He told him to take his only son up to the mount and offer him for a burnt offering!

“And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of.” —Genesis‬ ‭22:2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

As Abraham was doing as the Lord instructed, there appeared a ram in the bush! #Provision!!

In the midst of me doing what God instructed me to do, I received a very important phone call! Let’s just say it’s one I’ve been waiting on!

My advice for you today is: Be WILLING and OBEDIENT!
